When do you start EcoSense Lawn Care visits each year? How often do you visit?

Typically we start visiting our customers the end of February to early March, depending on the weather. It’s a great time to apply pre-emergent onto the lawn to control crabgrass later in the season. Visits are then scheduled approximately 4-6 weeks from the previous visit. We will contact you the day before your scheduled service.

When will my first application be?

If you signed up any time in the winter and through March, we typically start servicing properties once the weather breaks, typically at the end of February to early March. During this time, we time up the first service to be completed with your neighbors. Doing this helps us ensure that everyone gets their first application, which usually includes pre-emergent, early in the year, and it sets the tone of the year off for all customers.

If you signed up with us April 15 or later, we will be out to your property within 5 business days.

When is my next lawn application?

EcoSense Lawn program visits are scheduled 4 to 6 weeks from the previous application.

Do I need to be home for my lawn service?

Although we love chatting with you, the simple answer is no. Before beginning treatment, your technician will knock on the door to let you know we’re there. Don’t be afraid to ask your technician any questions you might have about your lawn application. If your not home, we still deliver our lawn care services, and the Specialist will leave a sign in your yard to let you know we were there. We’ll also follow up with a Service Summary email to give you more information.
