Purpose and Values
Our Team Goes Above and Beyond
Our Purpose
Make Life More Enjoyable
We believe we make a difference in people's lives by making them more enjoyable. For our customers, that means coming home to a beautiful lawn, enjoying the backyard without mosquito bites, and having more time to spend with family and friends.
We feel the same way about our team. We want to make their lives more enjoyable by providing opportunities for personal and professional development, continued growth, and a healthy balance between work and time spent with family and friends.
Our purpose goes beyond lawn care. It's about making a positive difference in the lives of our customers and the people who make up the Z-Team.
Our Values
Our values are more than words. They guide how we approach our work, treat others, overcome challenges, and serve our customers and teammates every day.
Make Yiayia Proud
The name Ziehler is Greek, and Yiayia is the Greek word for grandmother. No matter our background, we share a universal ambition to make grandma proud. This means doing the right thing, treating others with respect, and going the extra mile, even when no one is watching.
Do Whatever It Takes
Sometimes we have to do whatever it takes to get the job done and get it done right. It isn't always the fastest, easiest, or most glamorous way to find success, but it's the best way to earn the respect and loyalty of those around us.
Elevate the Z-team
We strive to find and retain the best talent by providing an environment that encourages personal development through consistent feedback, coaching, culture, and team building. We are committed to constantly improving through our relationships with industry leaders and continued learning.
Passion to Build, Grow, Win
Our passion and drive keep us hungry and focused on reaching our goals through team motivation, collaboration, and new ideas. We strive to be the best and never settle for less.
Extraordinary Excellence
We believe that a relentless dedication to professionalism, quality, and customer experience sets us apart. We take pride in our work and continually strive to deliver our best in everything we do.
See Our Values in Action
We take great pride in our approach to lawn care and, most importantly, the experience our customers have when working with us. Our values are reflected in the way our team works together, serves our customers, and goes above and beyond every day.
