Fortunately, you can now buy rechargeable, AI-powered mowers, which enable you to keep your grass well-trimmed without lifting a finger. Watering and fertilizing are important because healthy thick grass growth requires moisture and nutrients. Lastly, weeding is important because weeds are unsightly and they steal nutrients from the soil that could be going to grass plants to keep your lawn lusciously green.

Personally, I’m not a big fan of lawn care. If I can rather spend time with family or friends, or even just relaxing on the couch, I’d avoid lawn care like the black plague. I really want to move to the state of Ohio and I have been researching some of the best places to live in the state. One location that caught my eye was Ashmont. As a result, I’m currently looking for homes for sale in Ashmont as well as in surrounding neighborhoods.

Ideally, I am looking for a 4-bedroom property with a secluded garden area. However, I am willing to compromise on the number of bedrooms if each room is particularly large. For example, if I could fit a couple of bunk beds and a sofa bed into one room that would be okay. You see, I have a lot of extended family members and they like to stay at my home during holiday seasons.

I would like to find an Ashmont home with some secluded outside space because I like to host garden parties and BBQs in the summer months. I obviously don’t want to annoy the surrounding communities, so having some private outdoor space would be good. I plan to contact a local Ohio realtor in the near future to discuss my specifications.

In the meantime, my family and I are currently planning a vacation to the state of Ohio and we are currently having lots of fun learning about the best tourist attractions in the area. Some of the younger members of my family can’t wait to visit Kings Island and Soak City.

Kings Island is one of the largest amusement parks in MidWest America. The venue has a total of 50 rides including 3 water rides and 15 roller coasters. Banshee is the ride I am most excited about riding. It is an inverted roller coaster and has a thrill rating of 5. The track is one of the longest in the world and it features seven inversions. It first opened in 2014, so it not that old.

Soak City is a water park within Kings Island. It has a total of 36 water slides and 5 pools. The Tropical Plunge slide looks particularly exciting. It opened in 2016 and is a multi-slide complex with an intensity rating of 5 (extreme). The Coconut Cove lagoon-style pool looks like it could be a good place to lounge as the cascading waterfalls sound relaxing. It has an intensity rating of 1 (mild), so it should be suitable for the older members of my family.
