Over a two year period, I experienced a severe loss of lawn due to extreme drought conditions, weeds and fungus.

We saw an advertisement in the mail and contacted Ziehler for information. The customer service and the information provided were great. Mr. Palmieri contacted us by phone and sent us a quote through the e-mail right away. A day before every lawn care treatment we got a phone call to let us know they were coming, the day of the treatment they knocked at the door to let us know they were going to start their work, and each person that came was very polite and personable.
Even after a situation with one of the pesticides, we were alerted right away of the problem, a tree specialist came twice to make an assessment, and we have been receiving updates from Mr. Palmieri as to the chemical company’s response. It has been a great experience, and we look to use them from now on.

They have good communication with customers and are very knowledgeable on lawn, tree, and all regarding any landscape environment. I tried them for the first time this Fall in having them core aerate and over-seed my lawn, and I’m quite impressed with the results already because I see the new shoots of grass especially in the backyard barren areas that have always been problematic in the past.
Mr. James Palmieri called me back after the initial inquiry and talked a long time explaining their service and he retains encyclopedia knowledge and experience on the best plan for getting your lawn healthy. I had called two other local companies, and Ziehler was the only one to follow up on the estimate. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good value service.
