Preventative Grub Control
An unprotected lawn can be wiped out completely before you even know that the grubs are present. To prevent this, we offer season long protection against damaging lawn grubs.
White grubs are the larvae of June Beetles. In June, they lay their eggs in the soil and within weeks, the white grub emerges and feeds during the warm summer months, often causing extensive damage.
Frequently predators such as moles, skunks, crows, and blackbirds further damage the lawn where grubs are present. Early summer is a great time to control these potentially devastating insects.

Core Aeration
Core aeration is the process of making numerous small holes in the turf. These holes allow fertilizer, water, and air to quickly reach the root zone, resulting in new growth and increased root development.
The holes will also open up the soil and help reduce thatch build up and soil compaction. Compaction is the perfect environment for weed infestation. By reducing soil compaction, broadleaf weeds will also be greatly reduced.
Add our overseeding service to your core aeration to help thicken your lawn and promote rejuvenation after the stress of summer.

Overseeding/Slice Seeding
Seeding will help thicken your lawn and reduce future broadleaf weeds and disease and insect problems. A thick, healthy turf is the best defense against weeds.
We use premium blends of tested and certified seeds guaranteed POA (grass seed contaminants) free.
Surface Insect Control
An application of surface insect control will reduce infestations of turf-damaging surface insects, such as chinch bugs, billbugs, sod webworms, and cutworms.
Preventative and Curative Disease Control
An application of fungicide will help stop the spread and infestation of many lawn diseases such as brown patch, dollar spot, rust, and red thread.
Soil Test
A soil test is performed to diagnose nutrient deficiencies in lawns that are not responding properly.
Supplemental Application
A supplemental application is formulated to correct any deficiencies discovered from soil test results.
Renovations
This is the process of restoring lawns, from excessive damaged caused by disease, insects, weather, or invasive turf species. This service is highly recommended to be completed in the fall for best results.
